When an attorney marks a document version as filed, Legawrite.AI freezes the complete record of how that document came to be. That record is legal AI provenance: what was done, in what order, and why.

Summary judgment work starts the record earlier. The MSJ Qualifier keeps every narrow question it asked, the answer, what was accepted or rejected, and every human override, so the decision to move is as inspectable as the motion.

The record is written to immutable archival storage. Its cryptographic fingerprint is anchored to the Solana blockchain at the moment of filing.

The record stays privileged, confidential, protected. The proof is public and permanent; the contents are not. It is produced only through a controlled process to parties with a legitimate legal basis, such as a subpoena, or to our own customer on request.
Amendments, the way litigation thinks
Amend a filed document and nothing is silently rewritten. The amended version gets its own sealed record and its own on-chain anchor, exactly like filed and amended pleadings.
